Individual
Working with individuals forms the foundations of our work with organisations. Invariably, work with individuals’ blends into Team or Organisation settings making connections and increasing the potential for leverage. The following interventions may be combined according to the individual and organisational needs:
Executive Coaching
The performance of Executives and Senior Managers is critical to the success of the organisation. We work with senior individuals in a coaching relationship to help achieve higher individual and team performance. Our coaching sessions can be conducted face to face or via phone or Internet linkages. Typically coaching sessions are arranged in 6, 2 hour blocks interspersed by 4 – 6 weeks to allow insights to be acted upon and learnt from.
Individual Assessment
Assessing individual potential is a crucial step in developing talent. Our assessment process involves an in depth one to one interview supported
by a thorough psychometric evaluation. A concise and insightful report is produced highlighting signature strengths and development needs with suggestions for growth in both areas.
Psychometric Evaluation
Underpinning our judgements are some of the worlds leading assessment tools including Firo-B, MBTI, EIQ, OPQ and an Occupational Test suite. Each has it’s particular strengths in different areas and we select which
tools to apply according to the individual’s personal and situational needs.
360° Feedback
To see ourselves as others see us, as Burns observed, is a tremendous
gift. Our 360° Feedback process collects observations from a range of
influential stakeholders whose opinions and judgements have great potential for creating significant insight and action.
