Mary Musselbrook
MSc., C Occ. Psych.
Mary is an experienced OD practitioner and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She operates from a conviction that the energy for positive change exists within ourselves and within the relationships we are part of as members of organisations and teams.
She works with organisations to support the people dimensions of wider initiatives such as change programmes, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. At a group level, she facilitates team working and development and at an individual level she provides coaching support for established and new leaders.
Mary has worked as an external consultant with several firms, including one of the major international management consultancies. She has also worked in internal OD roles with an international drinks company including Director of HR, with a particular remit for supporting organisational change and development.
She now runs her own consulting practice, KORU, and her client experience includes an extensive range of public and private sector organisations.
